Do I need to be technical?
No. We talk in plain language about your business, your tools and the work that slows you down.
What can we talk about?
Business operations automations (finance, HR and operations), marketing and sales automations, systems such as CRM integration and lead qualification, and training and capacity building for your team.
What happens after the consult?
You leave with clear priorities, a short written action plan and practical next steps. You can do it yourself, train your team or work with me. If we work together, a written scope with deliverables, timing and fees is agreed before work begins.
How is this different from “Build my AI prototype”?
The prototype chat is free: you tell my AI assistant about your business and it builds a live AI prototype, which I then review personally. The consult is a paid hour, one-to-one with me, focused on your priorities.
