Questions

Are prices plus GST?

Yes. All prices are in AUD and are shown plus GST.

Is there a minimum term on the monthly plans?

Yes. Momentum, Accelerate and Partner all have a 3-month minimum, and a one-off onboarding fee applies. The onboarding covers the audit, access set-up and your first-month plan.

Are software and AI costs included?

No. Software subscriptions and AI usage fees are billed by the provider and paid by you.

Can the AI Roadmap count toward a monthly plan?

Yes. The AI Roadmap can be credited toward your first month of Momentum or Accelerate.

Do unused hours roll over?

Plans are priced on deliverables, not hours, so there are no hours to roll over.

What about a large one-off build?

Large one-off builds are quoted separately as a fixed project fee, rather than squeezed into a monthly plan.

What's included in training?

Every training includes a course workbook, a prompt library, recordings where allowed, and a 30-minute follow-up call.
